To be drone proof from thermal imaging, you can try some of these tactics. Nothing will work for long, and nothing will work consistently for short periods of time, but some tactics may work temporarily some of the time to help resist drones of these types.
Never show perfectly shaped things to the sky above, like rectangles or circles.
Hide behind, or under cooled:
Escape to a hot, or tropical area
Going underground will help prevent drone spying
Quickly get to a place with many other people, act natural, like someone they are not looking for
Hide under a conifer or bush, covering yourself with any cool blanket or anything else that is cool. Or cutting the branches and covering yourself, or your vehicle with them.
Go where they don’t want to go: briar patches, thickets, sewers, etc.

Lay next to a large rock formation or other hot & heavy object like the engine of a recently turned off car engine. Under a hot car engine is one of the best places to hide - a drone-proof tactic.
Strobes & flashsticks & other bombs, like smoke bombs, or road flares help also. Throw them out to both sides of you, to your rear, drawing the attention of the killer drone away from your path.
Wear Finnish M91 Thermal camo or coat all of your clothing & tents & shelters with anti thermal imaging chemical coatings, or paints
Don’t position yourself near something that will reflect your heat like a mirror
Plant human forms cut out of sheetmetal and put several candles under it, without making hot spots
Don’t move at all, stay perfectly still
These are some of the ways to resist drones and become drone proof.
